Return and Refund Policy – Oakline Panels

At Oakline Panels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
